PAFA 2ND WEEK

A couple of painting studies from class.
I have almost all painting class at PAFA this semester except one "Currents of Realism" taught by Kevin Rechard, who is an excellent teacher in terms of explaining events and theories. I have been spending a lot of time working on my own projects while looking for jobs at the center city area as well.

  1. Beautiful as always. You have really begun to develop a nice, loose manner of getting these studies done. I love the skin tones--especially in the nude male. Nice and edgy feeling.

  2. Thanks,kel!
I am trying out all techniques and styles in hoping one day my works would define me. It's not happening anytime soon but the process has been hugely rewarding. Of course, having friends like you who support me both in life and on the internet makes my life a lot happier too :D
Hey I can't wait to attend your graduation this year, yeah~~~

  3. Agree with all the above comments on this fantastic male nude. The sense of mass, the sombre tones, great composition. One of the best things I've seen at this blog. Impressive.
