LOUIS B. SLOAN (1932-2008)

Yesterday I attended the PAFA memorial service in honor of Louis Sloan. I didn't have the privilege of studying with him but many of the academy current faculty members have when they were students. Lou's oil paintings including portraits, still life and landscapes are being exhibited in the PAFA museum and the exhibition will run to March.

    Hi, I was there too. I did have the privilege of studying with Lou and he was a wonderful teacher and a beautiful human being. A great artist as well!
