More figure drawings and Chinese paintings

Another week of figure drawing, still didn't feel warmed up. I find myself having hard time concentrating while drawing the figure...Maybe a vacation would help:)














So I did get the job but I don't get to teach till next spring, well, that would give me enough time to prepare...and more time for people to sign up for the class.

  2. Huge congrats on the job!! I think you'll have a good time with it as well. And the money won't hurt either.
    I really like the expressive quality of the last of these figures--nice and edgy. And the ink paintings are great. I love the depth in the bottom one especially. You should start telling us the translations of the writing. "Keep out American capitalist pigs" maybe? KIDDING!!

    Thanks for the comment. Actually I talked to Tracy today just to see if they need anybody to teach the cartooning class so I have another appointment with her next week. I am really looking forward to it:) And you are welcome to sneak in haha!!
